At "sea me at home", we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

 

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Self-Serve Returns

For your convenience, we offer a self-serve return option.

Eligible customers can initiate a return directly from their order confirmation or customer account page.

Once a return request is submitted:

  • Our team reviews and approves the request

  • Return instructions and shipping details are provided

  • You will receive confirmation once your return is processed

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

United States Orders

Orders delivered within the United States are returned to our U.S. fulfillment center.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

European Orders

Orders delivered within Europe are shipped from Turkey.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Any applicable customs duties or import fees related to returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

You may request an exchange through the same self-serve return process.

If approved:

  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value.

  • If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipment.

  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Exchange items are shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

If you prefer faster processing, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
