Where do you ship from?
We fulfill orders from different locations depending on the destination: • United States orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center • European orders ship from Turkey Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (U.S.) and 1–3 business days (Europe).

• Europe: 4–8 business days

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing details or contact your bank. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Returns 🔄
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
You can initiate a return through our self-serve return system using your order confirmation email or customer account. Once your request is submitted, our team will review and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
For U.S. orders: • If the item is defective or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label. • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For European orders: • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. • Any customs duties or import fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
